PerformanceAdvantage™ is an on-going, disciplined approach to empower Leaders to improve the performance of their Direct Reports. This revolutionary process is designed for all Leaders with any number of Direct Reports who want to get the most from their team. Each Leader is assigned a Performance Coach who meets with the Leader to coach them on the seven key leadership practices and to discuss the performance of each of the Leaderʼs Direct Reports.

Beginning with a Self Discovery session, Leaders learn their strengths and perceived leadership approaches. The Leader then learns the behavioral make-up and skill sets of each of their Direct Reports. Based on this knowledge, the Leader is then coached how to get the most from their team.
