With or without a Job Benchmark our selection process empowers hiring managers to make successful selection decisions. The process begins with an effective job posting, and continues with a targeted phone screen, email screen, first interview, behavioral assessments, reference checks, additional interviews, and finally an informed, objective hiring decision.
